Made directly in two languages (Italian-English), the Guide presents 42 selected countries on 5 continents. Italy and Spain also have a mapping of the olive sector on a regional basis, accompanied by historical, cultural information, production data, typical varieties and areas protected by denomination.
Particular attention is paid to the cartography, which includes both the olive growing areas with the greatest vocation and those with a designation of origin. In addition to each production reality there is a card with tasting notes of oils and gastronomic combinations.
